41° South Tasmania is a unique tourist attraction near Launceston and Devonport.  A 45 minute drive from Launceston brings you to our salmon farm, ginseng nursery and wetlands near Deloraine. They offer free tastings and a small café is located at the farm where light lunches are available. Why not try the new salmon burger (41er) with beer. The farm café  is licensed.
